What type of vehicles can I hire from The Minibus Centre?
You can hire a range of small to large vehicles from The Minibus Centre. There is the Ford Independence Twin which can seat up to 7 passengers and 2 wheelchairs. There is also the Flexilite minibus which comes in various configurations. There are 15- or 17-seater minibuses with no wheelchair access, or a 17-seater with space for up to 4 wheelchairs.
Do you need a special licence to drive a minibus?
You can drive any of our minibuses on a standard licence provided you are over the age of 25, have been driving for over two years and are not using the vehicle for commercial purposes (it’s not for hire or reward).
Where can I pick my minibus up or do The Minibus Centre deliver to me?
You can pick up your minibus up at our Glasgow or Coventry divisions, or you can have your minibus delivered to you anywhere in the mainland UK.
Is insurance included with minibus hire?
Yes, all vehicle hires include insurance and a collision damage waiver for up to three drivers.
Hire Terms and Rates
Our hire rates for smaller minibuses start from £440 for a four-day hire (Minimum hire duration on all vehicles is 4 days). Our specialist advisors are on hand to help you choose the perfect vehicle for your needs and can advise on all other hire durations, from one week to 12 months.
All hires include a collision damage waiver for up to three drivers. Drivers must be between 25 and 75 years old. All our minibuses, including lightweight models, can be driven by anyone over 25 with a standard car licence*
