Production

Our main manufacturing plant is capable of supporting orders on all scales, with a workforce of 200 operatives producing more than 4,000 special purpose vehicles annually. The 18-acre factory encompasses on-site facilities for engineering development, pre-production, painting, electronics, vehicle assembly, quality control, stock holding and distribution.

Most contracts are built to order and to your particular specification. Our substantial purchasing power means that we are normally able to arrange and supply base vehicles for minibus conversions at advantageous prices, with the added benefit that your contract requirements can be fulfilled through one order.

Uniquely, we hold substantial stock of many base vehicles. This means that, for urgent needs, we can often begin conversion work weeks sooner than would be the case with other suppliers. Factory orders may be required for particular base vehicle specifications.
